Restorative Practices
Restorative Practices is not a system or a process, but a way of being grounded in core values of responsibility, reflection, repair, and relationship. By learning RP your team will have the tools for creating a safe spaces, allowing for crucial conversations, trust building and belonging.
Conflict Resolution
As some point, eveyone experiences conflict. It’s a natural part of being human. We believe conflict is feedback that something isn’t working. It’s an opportunity for growth, accountability, understanding, and problem-solving. It can even transform our relationships. In our workplaces and communities it can be difficult to give and receive the feedback that’s needed in order to move through challenges. We are here to support you in that process and provide tools for any future challenges.
A Culture of Safety and Belonging
Relationships are personal and individual, yet influenced by our identities and social systems. With extensive experience engaged in diversity, equity, and belonging work, we know our identities matter. Race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, ability, socio-economic status, language, health, mental wellness, past trauma, and other lived experiences impact who we are and how we move through the world together. This understanding is essential for creating a culture of safety, belonging, and ultimately trust.
Research Shows…
“Data demonstrates that leaders who prioritize relationships with their employees and lead from a place of positivity and kindness simply do better. The most effective leaders…are values-driven, transparent, compassionate, humane, and recognize employees as unique individuals. As a result, their employees…are more engaged, less likely to turn over, more loyal, and more productive.”
-Harvard Review, 2022
“Positive interactions in the workplace are marked by trust, mutual regard, and active engagement. Interactions characterized in this way can improve employee awareness of others, foster positive emotions such as empathy and compassion, and increase the likelihood of trusting, respectful engagement between individuals.”
-Psychology Today, 2019
